Aspire Manpower Services is hiring an experienced HR Specialist for one of its confidential clients in the UAE. This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who have hands-on experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR administration, and compliance with UAE Labour Law.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, improving employee experience, and ensuring efficient human resource management across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As an HR Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
• Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, and other HR-related documents.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Process attendance records, leave management, and payroll-related information.
• Handle visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical appointments, and other employee documentation.
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Respond to employee queries and maintain positive workplace relationships.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with ongoing HR projects and administrative tasks.

Qualifications

Applicants should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Between 2 and 5 years of professional HR experience, preferably within the UAE.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate should have:

• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, and payroll coordination.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRMS or ERP systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate availability to join is preferred.
