Key Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the complete hiring process and collaborate with hiring managers to meet the company’s recruitment goals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Talent Sourcing and Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles.
• Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening and Interview Coordination

• Review applications and conduct initial candidate screenings.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and interview panels.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Deliver a positive and professional candidate experience.

Hiring Manager Collaboration

• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Provide recruitment insights and market updates to support hiring decisions.

Employer Branding

• Promote Scry AI’s employer brand across recruitment platforms and professional networks.
• Support employer branding campaigns, recruitment initiatives, and virtual hiring events.

Recruitment Administration

• Maintain accurate candidate information within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruitment performance metrics and prepare hiring reports.
• Ensure recruitment activities follow company policies and best hiring practices.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should have:

• Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
• Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
