GoGlobal is hiring an experienced HR Local Representative Specialist to support employees in Mexico. Candidates with knowledge of Colombia, Costa Rica, and Peru employment practices will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
As an HR Local Representative Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for employees in Mexico and provide guidance throughout the employment lifecycle.
Your responsibilities include:
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare employment contracts, amendments, admissions, resignations, and terminations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and update internal HR systems.
- Administer employee benefits, including:
- Health insurance
- Transportation benefits
- Meal vouchers
- Life insurance
- Ensure HR documentation complies with local labor regulations.
- Coordinate with payroll regarding employee expenses and reimbursement requests.
- Assist employees with expense policy questions and resolve related issues.
- Track attendance, electronic timesheets, vacation, sick leave, maternity leave, and other absences.
- Escalate employee concerns to the appropriate internal teams when required.
- Build strong, professional relationships with employees throughout their employment.
Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 2–3+ years of experience in Human Resources or Employee Relations.
- Native-level Spanish proficiency.
- Professional English communication skills (required).
- Portuguese language skills (preferred).
- Knowledge of labor regulations in Mexico. Experience with Colombia, Costa Rica, or Peru is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Office 365, SharePoint, and AI-powered productivity tools.
