    GoGlobal is seeking an experienced Mexico Payroll Expert to manage accurate, compliant, and timely payroll operations for clients across Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity for payroll professionals with strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and payroll systems who want to work in a fully remote, international environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    As a Mexico Payroll Expert, you will oversee the complete payroll process while ensuring full compliance with Mexican labor and tax regulations.

    Your responsibilities include:

    • Process end-to-end payroll for multiple client accounts in Mexico.
    • Manage payroll inputs including:
      • New hires
      • Employee terminations
      • Salary adjustments
      • Variable compensation
      • Employee benefits
      • Payroll deductions
      • Attendance and leave records
    • Calculate employee net pay, taxes, and statutory deductions.
    • Generate and distribute payroll reports and employee payslips.
    • Prepare final payroll settlements for departing employees.
    • Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
    • Perform payroll validation, audits, and quality checks before and after payroll processing.
    • Register and deregister employees with relevant Mexican authorities.
    • Ensure compliance with:
      • Mexican payroll legislation
      • Tax regulations
      • Social Security requirements
      • CFDI electronic payroll stamping
    • Work with payroll platforms including:
      • SUA
      • SIPARE
      • IDSE
    • Support new client onboarding and payroll implementation.
    • Participate in client meetings and provide payroll guidance to HR and finance teams.
    • Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and team knowledge sharing.

    Required Qualifications

    Successful candidates should have:

    • 5+ years of hands-on Mexico payroll processing experience.
    • Strong understanding of Mexican payroll laws and statutory compliance.
    • Experience managing payroll taxes, Social Security, and employee lifecycle processes.
    • Practical knowledge of:
      • SUA
      • SIPARE
      • IDSE
      • CFDI electronic payroll stamping
    • Experience processing payroll accurately across multiple payroll cycles.
    • Professional English communication skills.
    • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
    • Experience using payroll software and modern HR technology.
    • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple client deadlines.

    Preferred Qualifications

    The following experience is considered an advantage:

    • Payroll bureau or outsourced payroll services.
    • Employer of Record (EOR) payroll operations.
    • Multi-client payroll management.
    • Experience using AI-powered productivity tools.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
