Job Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations and ensuring the achievement of assigned business targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Driving secondary sales to achieve volume and value targets.
- Identifying sales opportunities and recommending strategies for market growth.
- Managing distribution activities to ensure product availability.
- Supervising and improving the performance of Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs) and Order Bookers.
- Executing sales strategies to increase market coverage and customer engagement.
- Monitoring retail coverage and sales productivity using available reporting tools and performance metrics.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of distribution management and retail sales operations.
- The ability to lead sales teams and achieve performance targets.
