Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations and ensuring the achievement of assigned business targets. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving secondary sales to achieve volume and value targets.
• Identifying sales opportunities and recommending strategies for market growth.
• Managing distribution activities to ensure product availability.
• Supervising and improving the performance of Distribution Sales Representatives (DSRs) and Order Bookers.
• Executing sales strategies to increase market coverage and customer engagement.
• Monitoring retail coverage and sales productivity using available reporting tools and performance metrics.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should have:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the FMCG sector.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of distribution management and retail sales operations.
• The ability to lead sales teams and achieve performance targets.
