Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will oversee ICT managed service delivery, monitor SLA performance, and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include coordinating major incidents, problem management, and change management activities while ensuring agreed service standards are maintained.
The role also involves leading service reviews, identifying operational risks, communicating performance results, and working with technical teams to resolve critical issues. The Service Delivery Manager will also support continuous service improvement and strengthen ITSM processes.
Requirements and Skills
Candidates should have proven experience in ICT Managed Services and Service Delivery Management, along with strong knowledge of ITIL and ITSM frameworks. Experience with ServiceNow is preferred.
Applicants should understand Azure and cloud technologies, infrastructure, networking, and security solutions. Strong leadership, communication, customer management, and problem-solving abilities are essential. ITIL/ITSM certification will be an advantage.
