Azizi Developments is hiring an experienced Purchase Executive to join its Procurement Department in Dubai. The position is designed for a procurement professional with practical experience supporting marketing materials, events, roadshows, exhibitions, launches, and corporate activities.
Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will manage procurement activities from supplier sourcing through delivery. Responsibilities include obtaining quotations, negotiating prices, preparing purchase orders, and coordinating requirements for printing, branding, promotional items, corporate gifts, signage, fabrication, displays, booths, stages, AV equipment, furniture, decorations, manpower, and logistics.
The role also involves maintaining relationships with suppliers, event agencies, printers, fabricators, and promotional merchandise vendors. The Purchase Executive will work closely with Marketing, Events, Finance, Logistics, and other departments to ensure quality products and timely delivery while identifying opportunities to control costs.
Candidate Requirements
- 3–7 years of relevant procurement experience.
- Marketing and event procurement experience is highly preferred.
- Practical knowledge of roadshows, exhibitions, corporate events, branding, printing, and fabrication.
- Strong supplier sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
- Good commercial awareness and cost-control abilities.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- UAE experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Candidates with experience working with event agencies, exhibition contractors, printing companies, branding firms, and promotional suppliers will have an advantage.
