Head Waiter Salary and Benefits
The selected candidate will receive the following package according to the supplied vacancy details:
Accommodation
Staff accommodation is provided in a staff complex on a 2-sharing basis. Candidates who prefer to live out may request a live-out allowance of AED 1,500 per month.
Meals
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are provided at the Staff Complex Cafeteria for employees staying in staff accommodation. Meals are also provided at the Staff E-Lounge while employees are on duty.
Service Charge
A monthly service charge is provided from the date of joining. The amount is based on the hotel’s revenue and performance.
Vacation Ticket
A ticket allowance is provided every two years, based on the employee’s vacation destination entitlement.
Transportation
Transportation is provided for employees residing in staff accommodation.
Additional Benefits
- Credit card and cash tips.
- Medical insurance according to the hotel’s policy.
- Language allowance of AED 250 in addition to the basic salary.
