Brand Options Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join its team in Dubai. The position is aimed at professionals with strong UAE B2B business development experience in the joinery and fitout industry.
The ideal candidate should have an established network among main contractors and fitout companies and be able to generate new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and support the sales process from tender opportunities through project awards.

Business Development Manager Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with contractors and fitout companies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Generate tender invitations, RFQs, and joinery package opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors and fitout decision-makers.
- Coordinate site visits, BOQs, and quotations.
- Manage the business development and sales pipeline.
- Report weekly business development activities.
- Identify opportunities within the UAE joinery and fitout market.
The role requires someone who understands the commercial side of joinery and fitout projects and can work effectively with contractors, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- 5–10 years of UAE B2B business development experience in joinery or fitout.
- Established network of contractors and fitout companies.
- Good knowledge of drawings, joinery scope, tenders, and procurement.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Own car is required.
Candidates should have a proven ability to develop business relationships and generate opportunities within the UAE market.
