As an early member of the Account Management team, you will play a key role in shaping customer engagement strategies, improving client experiences, and helping define the future account management framework for the ANZ market.
Account Manager Responsibilities
The Account Manager will manage a portfolio of commercial and enterprise customers, ensuring successful adoption, retention, and growth of ElevenLabs products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with enterprise and commercial customers across ANZ
- Driving customer adoption and increasing product engagement
- Monitoring customer usage to identify improvement opportunities and account growth potential
- Managing account renewals and expansion opportunities
- Improving customer satisfaction and overall customer experience
- Tracking account management performance metrics, including Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Gross Revenue Retention (GRR)
- Developing scalable account management processes for the ANZ region
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver long-term customer value
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, works independently, and thrives in a fast-moving technology environment.
Skills and Experience Required
The ideal candidate will have experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or SaaS relationship management.
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3–7 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Experience working within a fast-paced SaaS company
- Proven experience managing customer renewals and account expansion
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to understand customer needs and connect them with product solutions
- Experience working with enterprise or commercial customers
- Passion for artificial intelligence, voice technology, and emerging tech platforms
