Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting medical documentation and insurance claim processing, including:
- Performing medical coding and preparing insurance claims.
- Organizing documents for insurance approvals and submissions.
- Reviewing medical records and clinical documentation.
- Handling insurance pre-approvals and claim submissions.
- Coordinating with insurance companies and Third-Party Administrator (TPA) networks.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and complying with payer requirements.
- Following up on rejected claims, resubmissions, and pending approvals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in a medical or healthcare-related field.
- 0–1 year of relevant experience.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of UAE health insurance procedures and insurance portals is an advantage.
