Berkeley Services Group is hosting a major hiring drive to recruit experienced hospitality, operations, and technical maintenance staff for premier hotel properties across Dubai. Candidates with relevant industry exposure and immediate availability are invited to participate in this open selection process.

Open Vacancies & Departmental Roles

  • Housekeeping & Laundry: Housekeeping Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Laundry Attendants, and General Cleaners.

  • F&B Operations: Food Runners.

  • Technical & Maintenance: Painters, Gypsum Carpenters, and Tile Masons.

Candidate Qualifications & Criteria

Applicants will be shortlisted based on their background and operational readiness:

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in the hotel, hospitality, or facilities management sector.

  • Key Skills: Strong active listening, effective communication, and practical problem-solving capabilities.

  • Availability: Primary preference will be given to candidates who are ready for immediate deployment.
