Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will assist with the complete recruitment process, including CV screening, candidate shortlisting, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination. The role will also involve preparing offer letters, employment contracts, policy documents, and other HR paperwork.
The HR Assistant will support employee onboarding, maintain accurate personnel files, monitor attendance and leave records, and assist employees with routine HR queries. Additional responsibilities include supporting visa processing, Emirates ID applications, medical clearances, and government-related documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of HR or recruitment experience.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and HR administration systems.
- Understanding of recruitment and onboarding procedures.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is an advantage.
- Retail industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and documentation skills.
- Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
