The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, managing assigned sales routes, achieving sales targets, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Key Responsibilities
The Van Salesman will handle various sales and market-related activities, including:
- Visiting retail outlets, supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacies on assigned routes.
- Achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
- Developing new customers and maintaining existing accounts.
- Ensuring product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
- Managing van stock and preparing daily sales reports.
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
Candidates applying for this position should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Van Sales or FMCG sales experience.
- Experience in general trading or non-food FMCG products is an advantage.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong sales, communication, and customer relationship skills.
- Knowledge of the Qatar market is preferred.
