Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, email, and walk-in visits.
  • Arrange flight bookings, hotel reservations, travel packages, and visa assistance.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and confidently close sales.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Build long-term customer relationships through excellent service.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-focused approach while supporting business growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates under 30 years of age, as specified in the vacancy announcement.
  • At least one year of sales experience.
  • Previous experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of airlines, destinations, travel packages, and visa procedures.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
