The position is suitable for professionals with strong UAE experience in quantity surveying, particularly in landscape works, swimming pools, water features, and external works.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various quantity surveying and commercial activities, including:
- Preparing cost estimates, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Managing tendering processes, subcontractor evaluations, and cost comparisons.
- Handling variations, valuations, claims, and final accounts.
- Monitoring project costs and providing commercial support.
- Conducting site measurements and coordinating with project teams.
- Preparing cost reports and maintaining QS documentation.
Requirements
Candidates applying for this Quantity Surveyor position should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 6–10 years of UAE experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong experience in landscape works, swimming pools, water features, and related works.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, cost control, and UAE market rates.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of QS software is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience in the following areas will be preferred:
- Luxury villa landscaping projects.
- High-end swimming pool and water feature projects.
- FIDIC and UAE construction contract knowledge.
Salary & Benefits
The position offers a salary of AED 7,000 to AED 12,000, depending on experience. The benefits provided include:
