Job Overview
Omega Group is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of quantity surveying experience in landscape contracting, with strong commercial knowledge and an understanding of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works.
This opportunity is suitable for professionals skilled in cost estimation, tender preparation, quantity take-offs, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates, and tender pricing.
- Review and evaluate quotations from subcontractors, suppliers, and nurseries.
- Prepare Variation Orders and Interim Payment Applications.
- Verify project quantities, monitor costs, and ensure compliance with commercial requirements.
- Support project cost control and commercial assessments throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in landscape contracting.
- UAE work experience is preferred.
- Strong understanding of softscape, hardscape, and irrigation works.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and PlanSwift.
- Excellent commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and cost assessment skills.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 6,000–8,000, based on experience.
