Smart Business Solutions is looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused Business Setup Advisor to join its team in Dubai, UAE. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with 1–10 years of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, or business consultancy.

Candidates should have practical knowledge of UAE company formation procedures and be confident advising clients on suitable business structures, licensing requirements, and setup processes. Applicants with their own visa are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through UAE company formation and business setup services.
  • Recommend suitable mainland and free zone business options based on client needs.
  • Explain licensing procedures, documentation, and formation requirements.
  • Manage clients from the first consultation to the completion of their setup.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and required paperwork.
  • Follow up on enquiries and convert potential customers into clients.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and relevant authorities to support smooth processing.
  • Build strong client relationships and keep up with changes in UAE business setup procedures.

Requirements

  • 1–10 years of relevant UAE experience in business setup, company formation, or consultancy.
  • Hands-on experience managing company formation clients.
  • Good understanding of mainland, free zone, licensing, and documentation processes.
  • Strong English communication, consultation, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • A proactive, confident, and target-driven approach.
  • Own visa preferred.

Relevant backgrounds: Business Setup Consultant, Company Formation Consultant, Business Setup Executive, UAE Business Consultant, or Business Setup Advisor.
