Exceed Gulf is seeking an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with strong technical troubleshooting and IT support skills. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with at least five years of experience supporting enterprise IT environments, managing user accounts, resolving technical issues, and maintaining end-user systems.

Candidates should have a degree in IT, Computing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. The ideal applicant will be comfortable supporting Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365, enterprise security tools, and virtual desktop infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Windows, and macOS.
  • Manage Active Directory users, computers, and groups.
  • Resolve VPN, network connectivity, and domain-related issues.
  • Provide support for Citrix and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI).
  • Manage devices through JAMF and Microsoft Intune.
  • Support Okta, RSA, and NetIQ multi-factor authentication solutions.
  • Troubleshoot Apple and Android devices.
  • Handle escalated tickets and complex technical issues.
  • Maintain knowledge-base articles and share technical expertise with colleagues.
