Laith Electromechanical is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources and Administration operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Candidates with at least 10 years of UAE HR and administration experience are encouraged to apply, particularly those with a background in the MEP or construction industry.

The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee administration, payroll coordination, immigration procedures, and HR policy implementation while ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, hiring approvals, and employee onboarding.
  • Oversee labour, visa, and immigration procedures.
  • Coordinate payroll and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Manage staff accommodation, transportation, and related logistics.
  • Handle medical insurance, renewals, claims, and workmen’s compensation.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law.
  • Maintain ERP records and ISO documentation while supporting employee engagement.
  • Lead and supervise the HR and Administration team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of UAE experience in HR and administration.
  • MEP or construction industry experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and immigration procedures.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
  • UAE driving licence preferred.
