Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee restaurant service and maintain a welcoming, high-quality dining experience.
  • Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns before they affect customer satisfaction.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and encourage repeat visits.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Maintain consistent service standards, a positive atmosphere, and smooth daily operations.
  • Help strengthen the restaurant’s reputation and build lasting customer loyalty.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in premium dining.
  • Previous experience leading a front-of-house team.
  • Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate from another Emirate.
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Strong leadership skills and a guest-focused approach to hospitality.
