LALS Group is hiring for a Sales Agent / Promoter position in the fashion and retail sector in Dubai. The opportunity is suitable for an Arabic-speaking candidate with an interest in fashion, customer service, and retail sales.
Sales Agent / Promoter Job
The selected candidate will interact directly with customers, understand their requirements, and help them choose suitable clothing, sizes, colors, and styles. The role also involves explaining product features, prices, promotions, and current offers.
Candidates should be confident when assisting customers with fitting, product selection, and purchase decisions while maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
Key Responsibilities
The Sales Agent / Promoter will be responsible for supporting daily store operations and customer service. Key duties include:
- Greeting customers and providing professional assistance
- Recommending suitable clothing, sizes, colors, and styles
- Explaining products, prices, promotions, and offers
- Supporting customers with fitting and purchase decisions
- Maintaining attractive and organized displays
- Keeping racks, shelves, and fitting areas clean
- Processing sales accurately through the POS system
- Handling customer questions and complaints professionally
- Supporting stock receiving, checking, labeling, and replenishment
- Monitoring product availability and reporting low-stock items
- Working toward individual and store sales targets
- Promoting new collections and special offers
- Building customer relationships and encouraging repeat business
Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, fashion, accessories, clothing, or customer service is preferred. Candidates should have good communication and interpersonal skills along with a friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
Basic knowledge of clothing, fashion, sizes, and fabrics will be an advantage. Candidates should also have basic computer and POS knowledge.
Good English communication skills are required, while additional languages can be beneficial. The ability to work flexible hours, weekends, and public holidays when required is also expected.
