Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will focus on acquiring new retail customers for personal finance products and achieving monthly sales targets. Duties include conducting field sales visits, corporate calls, and client meetings to identify new business opportunities.
The role also involves building relationships with individual customers and corporate partners, collecting and verifying customer documents, guiding applicants through the finance application process, and coordinating with back-office teams. Maintaining accurate sales records and following applicable compliance procedures will also be important.
Requirements and Skills
Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in banking, personal finance, or commercial sales is preferred, while direct field sales experience can be an advantage.
Candidates should possess strong business development, customer relationship management, communication, negotiation, and sales reporting skills. Knowledge of personal finance documentation and banking compliance is beneficial.
